represents both the flavor and the man. A University of Tulsa alum, at nearly 7 feet tall, his college & professional sports travels have taken him to see & experience other countries flavors & tastes.

A combination of Texas, Oklahoma, & International flavor make his food an  experience to savor.

From humble beginnings, Anthony’s passion & love for cooking progressed from a creative outlet & hobby to increasing demands to provide “samplers” to friends, family & business acquaintances.

Starting in 2001, the “Meat Man” was born.  A family-run business, Big Anthony’s offers a variety of smoked, baked or grilled menu choices to satisfy meat-eaters & the health conscious alike.
